N°02The approach

Seasonal menus, served the way you want them.

The wedding breakfast is the one meal everyone sits down for, so we build it around the two of you rather than a set package. Menus follow the season and are settled with you after a tasting at our Leighton Buzzard unit. Plated, family-style or bowls, the same chefs cook it and our own team serves it.

Dietary needs are designed into the menu from the start. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, nut free and halal are standard practice, and guests with allergies eat as well as everyone else. Most couples pair the main meal with evening food for the second wind, planned by the same kitchen so the day flows as one.

The kitchen
We bring the kit and cook on site, in your venue’s kitchen or our own gazebo kitchen alongside.

We arrive hours ahead, set up, serve and clear down, working to your venue’s schedule.
