The caterer we wanted to hire.
Blame Frank is an event catering company in Leighton Buzzard, started in 2015 with a simple test: would we hire us? Good food, properly run, with a sense of fun. A decade on, with one event a day and every Google review five stars, the test still stands.

Born from a love of good food and a good time.
Blame Frank began with a conversation about the catering we kept wishing existed: food worth talking about, served by people who were clearly enjoying themselves. From the first day the principles have not moved. Cook to a high standard, keep the room happy, and never treat an event as just another booking.
The kitchen is led by chefs whose combined experience runs to decades, gathered across global cuisines, which is why the menus move comfortably from canapés and banquets to live fire and tacos. The same breadth won us Hitched Wedding Awards in 2025 and 2022.
We are a little bit different, on purpose. The proof is in our Google reviews, every one of them five stars, most of which mention the food and the people in the same breath.

Planning starts at the first conversation, not the first invoice. We help you put the day together, catch the details that get overlooked, and keep the process calm, because we have done this hundreds of times and you may be doing it once.
Our chefs work through dietary needs with you while the events team shapes the package around you, your venue and your guests. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, nut free and halal are standard, never an awkward request.
On the day we arrive hours ahead with a dedicated team we know and trust. The service runs to schedule, the team stays cheerful, and we cater one event a day, so yours is the only thing on our minds. Questions are answered honestly on the FAQ, or ask us directly.
Sustainability sits at the centre of the operation.
Wherever possible we choose local, ethically sourced ingredients, cook to the seasons, and limit or recycle our waste. It is not a marketing line, it is how the kitchen runs day to day. Read more about how we source.
