We cater one wedding a day, so yours has our full attention. We start with what we cook best, then build the menu around your day, your guests and the room. Sharing feasts, grazing tables, barbecues, canapés, whatever suits the day rather than the day suiting it.

N°02How we work

A menu built around your day, not off a set list.

We cook for one wedding a day. That means our chefs, our kit and our events team are yours from the first conversation to the last plate, and your menu is never squeezed around someone else’s. Tastings happen at our place in Leighton Buzzard, where you sit down, try the food and change what you like before anything is fixed.

Dietary needs are built into the menu, not handed over as an afterthought plate. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, nut free and halal are all standard practice, and guests with allergies get the same food as everyone else, not a lesser version of it. On the day we arrive hours ahead, set up, serve and clear down, so the only thing you have to do is enjoy it.

The wedding breakfast and the evening food are planned as one day, not two menus bolted together. Book a tasting to try it for yourself before you commit. You can also browse the menus or read about the kitchen.

From first enquiry to the last plate.

Enquiry

Tell us the date, the venue and roughly what you have in mind. We reply with honest first thoughts and where to start.

Tasting

Sit down at our place in Leighton Buzzard and try the food. £150 + VAT for two, taken off your invoice when you book.

Menu and quote

We build the menu around your day and price it plainly. A 20% deposit secures the date.

The day

We arrive hours ahead, set up, serve and clear down. You look after each other, we look after everyone else.
