N°02The thinking

The food people talk about on the way home.

Evening food is the second meal of a wedding, not an afterthought. Numbers swell as evening guests arrive, the band starts and everyone needs feeding again around nine or ten. We plan it with your wedding breakfast so the two meals balance, with one kitchen handling the whole day.

The formats are casual and social by design. Think BBQ, sliders, tacos and boards your guests can graze standing up, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options as standard. You settle the menu at a tasting before anything is fixed.

Most couples serve evening food between nine and ten. We time it around your band and your venue, not the clock.
Portions
Quantities planned with you, allowing for evening guests who join after the meal.

Served from stations or boards by our own team, with setup and clear-down included.
One kitchen
The same chefs cook the whole day, so the evening menu is planned with the wedding breakfast, never bolted on.
